Today is the Day!

Have you ever woke up and declared today is the day! I’m done feeling like this. Today I won’t overeat or drink alcohol and make fitness a priority.

Have you set good intentions for the day, made promises, tried to keep them...but for some reason fall right into a glass of wine (or three) or a pint of ice cream later that evening? 

That was my routine for years. It felt like a hamster wheel and I couldn’t get off it. I’d exercise like crazy, restrict what I ate, to fall off the wagon, beat myself up and start the cycle over and over. 

If this is your routine, I want to help you get out of if you feel stuck in it.

Maybe you feel like it’s holding you back. Or maybe you feel that you’re the only one going through it. First off you aren’t alone and there’s nothing wrong with you. I’ve been there too.

I wanted my life to be balanced. I wanted to enjoy a glass of wine and not have it control me. I wanted to stop the fight with the scale. I wanted to enjoy treating myself cookie but not eat 10. 

I truly wanted to be at peace with food, alcohol and my body. I wanted my mind to FREE. 

Most of all I wanted to be healthy and set a good example for my family. 

This is truly your decision. Only you know if you have had enough. 

If staying the same is no longer an option. 

If you don’t want to waste another day, over drinking, feeling out of control around food or uncomfortable in your body and hating yourself for it let’s chat. 

Your journey will be different than mine. But I know with guidance, knowledge and learning to be compassionate with yourself you can finally see the change you’ve been wanting in your life.
