Finding Gratitude in Freedom, Health, and Growth

Today, I find myself reflecting on gratitude, thankful for my family, my health, and the incredible journey that has brought me here. It’s been 4 ½ years since I made the choice to live alcohol-free, a decision that has brought peace, stability, and a sense of purpose to my life.

This journey has also led me to embrace fitness and a healthier lifestyle, something I never fully prioritized before. Taking care of my body has become just as important as taking care of my mind and soul. It’s empowering to feel stronger, more energized, and truly in tune with my well-being.

When I pursued my coaching certification, I thought I was signing up to help others. And I have but what I didn’t expect was how much that knowledge would transform my own life. The tools I’ve learned haven’t just helped my clients; they’ve guided me in becoming a more present, compassionate mom and partner.

The ability to truly connect with my three kids and my husband on a deeper level has been one of the greatest gifts of this journey. These tools have fostered stronger, more meaningful relationships with my family, relationships rooted in understanding, patience, and love.

Gratitude isn’t just about what we have; it’s about recognizing how far we’ve come. Today, I am thankful for the clarity, health, and connection that living alcohol-free has brought into my life.
